The Winter 2010 collection from Neurotica strikes a fine balance between sophistication and whimsy, with graphic prints and capricious details like cat-eared hoods, stirruped leggings, and flowing caped backs.

Like vintage pornography, without the nudes

These days fashion shoots and pornography are hardly that far removed from one another; nudity in fashion becoming a common feature, and increasingly blurred lines leaving us to wonder what exactly it is that we’re buying. Some have gone beyond, however, creating a new dynamic; for example, Glass magazine with this shoot. Full figures and milky white skin, vintage-style lingerie, lace, and strings of pearls – you can’t help but think of olde-worlde pornography from days gone by, and yet Glass do it all without so much as a nipple.

Megan Fox: girl on… self?

Career not going exactly as you might have planned? Easy fix. Simply pose for a bit of girl on girl self and hey presto: instant publicity. Or at least, that might be the sentiment that I’d want you to walk away with were this shoot actually not pretty good.
Not one to normally grab any attention within the fashion scene, Megan Fox‘s pictorial for the June / July issue of Interview has left me wondering if she might be better off in front of a still lens as opposed to that of the film variety.
